What Home Care Is
Our Home Care is a full-coverage exterior maintenance membership that keeps your home consistently clean, protected, and cared for year-round.
All Home Care members receive the same services
Pricing is based on home size and scope, not which services are included
This is a maintenance program, not a guaranteed instant restoration
What’s Included
(Always Included)
- House exterior (siding, brick, stucco, etc.)
- Roof
- Driveway and flatwork
- Windows (within plan limits)
- Pool deck / patio (if applicable)
- Patio furniture
- Gutters (cleaning and gutter brightening as needed)
There are no service tiers.
Every member receives full coverage and consistent care.
Our Visit Schedule
Home Care includes 4 scheduled visits per year (quarterly). Each surface follows a proven maintenance schedule to prevent buildup from becoming excessive.
House Washing
- 2 dedicated house washes per year
- One between January – March
- One between July – September
- During the other 2 visits:
- Any buildup observed is addressed
- Notes are added to the customer’s account to track conditions
Roof Washing
- 1 dedicated roof wash per year
- Scheduled between October – December
- During the other 3 visits:
- If roof buildup is present, it is addressed as needed
All Other Services (Every Visit)
At all 4 visits, we provide consistent maintenance attention to:
- Driveway and flatwork
- Windows
- Pool deck / patio
- Patio furniture
- Gutters
If buildup is present, it is handled during the visit as part of maintenance.
Maintenance Expectations
Home Care is designed to:
- Prevent heavy buildup
- Gradually improve the home over time
- Reduce the need for aggressive cleanings
- Protect surfaces long-term
If a home is heavily soiled at the start, it may take 6–12 months of consistent maintenance to reach near-perfect condition unless a deep cleaning is added.
How Home Care Starts
(3 Options)
Option 1 – Standard Start (Most Common)
- Customer signs up and begins monthly billing
- First service occurs at the next quarterly visit (up to 3 months)
- Maintenance begins at that visit
Option 2 – Accelerated Start
- Customer prepays 3 months
- Service is scheduled immediately
- Maintenance begins right away
- Results still improve gradually over time
Option 3 – Deep Clean + Home Care
- Customer purchases a one-time deep cleaning
- After the deep clean, Home Care maintenance begins
- This provides the fastest visual improvement
Deep cleaning is optional and separate from Home Care.

- Home Care members may request up to 1 hour of touch-up work at no charge
- This is available upon request
- Anything beyond 1 hour is billed at 50% of our standard hourly rate

Excessive Scope Adjustments
Homes with unusually large amounts of:
- Flatwork
- Glass
- Patio or pool areas
may require a $25+ monthly scope adjustment.
Window Limits
Each plan includes a standard number of exterior windows:
- 0–1,500 sq ft: up to 15 windows
- 1,501–2,500 sq ft: up to 25 windows
- 2,501–3,500 sq ft: up to 35 windows
Exceeding these limits requires a $25/month adjustment.
+25/month increments for heavy flat work or extra windows
- Add-ons stack on top of the base tier based
- Extra windows beyond what’s standard
- Additional flat work (large driveways, extra pads, patios)
- Heavily customized homes may require multiple $25 add-ons.
